FAQ
Is this legal?
This is not legal advice. Go Postl is not a law firm. We help you draft a first-hand complaint of something that happened to you. You post it. We never post for you.
Does Go Postl post the reviews for me?
No, and that is deliberate. Bot-written reviews get purged in batches and carry real legal and platform exposure. Go Postl finds the platforms, drafts the wording, and gives you a one-click copy — you press post on your own account, then log it.
What if the business gets my review taken down?
You log the removal in the tracker and Go Postl emails you a confirmation with the record attached. The appeal kit drafts a platform-specific appeal citing the wording and the evidence you filed, and your original text stays in your file so you can repost or escalate.
Can I take my reviews back down later?
Yes. Every review you post is recorded with the platform, the date and the exact text, so if the business makes it right you can find and withdraw each one instead of trying to remember where you posted.
Can the business sue me?
We are not a law firm. This is not legal advice. If someone threatens you over a review, talk to a lawyer.
What happens after the year?
After the year, access ends. A new buy is a new pass. There is no cancel.
How do I pay, and do I need an account first?
The pass is $19 one time for the year when it is on sale. One seat. It does not renew. There is no cancel. Check in and we write once. Checkout is not open.
