Kashan Investments, LLC is the controller.

We keep the email on your pass, your dossiers and drafts, evidence you file (receipts, invoices, screenshots), and a dated log of what you posted.

If you log a takedown, we email you a confirmation with the record attached.

You can sign in with email and password or Google.

Billing (charge, tax, receipts) is handled by Paddle, the merchant of record.

After the paid year ends, files stay retrievable for 90 days.

Legal basis

We process this to perform the $19 one-time yearly pass. Paddle processes payment. Google is used only if you choose Google sign-in.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete what we keep. Ask through Chat with Stella. There is no published support inbox.

Security

Sign-in is a password or Google. We do not store your full card number. Paddle handles payment. We do not sell this data.
