Privacy policy

Kashan Investments, LLC d/b/a GoPostl is the controller.

We keep the email on your pass, your dossiers and drafts, evidence you file (receipts, invoices, screenshots), and a dated log of what you posted.

If you log a takedown, we add it to your dated record. If you save an alert email address, we keep it with your account.

You can sign in with email and password or Google.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. To fulfill and manage your pass, we may receive the email used at checkout, the charge amount, and Stripe payment or customer identifiers.

After the paid year ends, files stay retrievable for 90 days.

Legal basis

We process this to provide the $19 USD one-time pass for one seat and one year. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription. Google is used only if you choose Google sign-in.
