Refund policy

Email djcaptkurt@proton.me within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

The digital pass is delivered immediately after payment as instant digital access. Nothing is shipped. After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case.

The pass costs $19 USD one-time for one seat and one year. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription to cancel.
