What is bbb complaint?

A BBB complaint is a mediated filing the Better Business Bureau forwards to the business, which typically has 14 days to respond publicly.

The BBB is not a government agency and cannot compel anything, but the exchange is published on the business's profile and those profiles rank highly in search. It accepts complaints only from the customer, requires real contact details, and rejects employment disputes and matters already in litigation.
