How to get a company to hear you, in four steps

If a company wronged you and stopped answering, write down exactly what happened, choose where their customers will read it, turn it into a calm first hand review, and post it yourself. Go Postl helps with every step. The draft is free. The full pass is $19 for a year.

Step 1. Write down what happened.

Dates, amounts, names, and what was promised. Snap photos of receipts and texts before they wander off. Facts are your best friend, and they never lose their temper.

Step 2. Pick where it counts.

Google for local businesses, the BBB when you want a formal response, Trustpilot for online stores, and your state attorney general when money is involved. We are not affiliated with any of those sites. See /where-to-review.

Step 3. Draft it calm.

Our studio keeps your facts next to your draft, checks each line against them, and marks lines stated as fact that may be hard to prove, and suggests gentler wording. That is a writing check, not legal advice. For Yelp and Trustpilot we coach you with prompts and you write it yourself, because they ask for that.

Step 4. Post it yourself, then log it.

You press post from your own account. We keep a dated record so you know what went up and whether it stayed. That's justice served, the polite way.

Not a law firm. Not legal advice. No one can promise a refund or that a review stays up. 14 day refund on the pass.
