What is right of reply?

Right of reply is the business's ability to respond publicly to your review, which most platforms grant automatically.

Expect a response, sometimes a hostile one. Because of this, never include anything in a review you would not want quoted back with context you did not supply — and never include information a business could use to identify other customers.
