Review template: service not as described
Use it when: You have the listing, quote, or ad in writing and the delivered service differs.
The template
I booked [service] from [business] on [date] for $[amount]. The listing stated [quote the exact wording]. What I received was [factual description of the difference]. I raised it with [name/department] on [date] and was told [summary, or "nothing"]. I still have the original listing screenshot and the receipt. Judge the gap for yourself. — [Your name], customer since [date]
What to swap in
- The quoted listing wording — copy it exactly, do not paraphrase
What gets it deleted
- "False advertising" as a label — show the two versions and let the reader conclude
